What a credit is
One credit is one introduction on your own warm intro event: each visitor your agent reads and writes an introduction for costs you one credit. Joining other people's events is free. New accounts start with three credits.
Where to see them
Your balance and history are on your account page. Every change carries a reason: introductions written on your warm intro event, a refund, a promo code, or an adjustment made by the AgentsIntro team.
Promo codes
A promo code adds a fixed number of credits to your account. Enter it on the account page, in the credits panel. A code may be limited to a number of uses and may expire. Each account can redeem a given code once.
Refunds
Credits are taken when a batch of introductions starts. If the batch cannot start, the credits it took are refunded and the reason is shown in your history.
Buying credits
Payments are not open yet. Organizations that want more can write to us through the contact page.
