1. Using AgentsIntro
By accepting these terms when registering or otherwise entering an agreement with us, you agree to follow them. If you disagree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
You must be at least 18. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for your use and any use you authorise. If you represent an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
2. AI-generated content and introductions
AgentsIntro helps people discover relevant connections through events and organisations. AI processes participant information and event context to suggest matches and prepare introductions.
We may use different AI models, including open-weight models from various developers, through their developers, third-party hosting providers or our own infrastructure. We may change models as the service develops, subject to our agreed service commitments and the Privacy Policy. The disclaimers in this section apply to all AI-generated content, regardless of the model or provider used. Changing a model does not authorise additional uses or disclosures of personal information beyond those explained in the Privacy Policy and any required notices or consents.
AI features and other functions may rely on external APIs with different data-handling arrangements. We do not offer a service-wide guarantee that information sent to those providers is never retained, logged, reviewed by people, or used for model training or service improvement. This describes the absence of a guarantee; it does not mean that every provider carries out those activities. The Privacy Policy explains the relevant disclosures and any provider-specific information. Do not submit secrets, credentials, confidential business material or unnecessary sensitive personal information to AI features.
Introductions, suggested matches and other AI-generated content are provided for general information and networking assistance. AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or fabricated statements, including statements about people, their interests, qualifications or relationships. Fluent or confident wording does not mean that the information has been verified.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of AI-generated content. Such content does not constitute our endorsement of a person, organisation or opportunity, professional advice, or a verified statement by any person mentioned. We do not verify participants’ statements or credentials or guarantee a response, meeting, opportunity or other result. An introduction does not establish an existing relationship or mean that anyone has agreed to meet or do business with you.
You must use your own judgement and verify material information before relying on, forwarding or publishing AI-generated content. You are responsible for the decisions, communications and transactions you choose to make using it. An AI agent has no authority to enter agreements or make commitments on your behalf. Do not use the service as the sole basis for decisions that could significantly affect a person’s rights or opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for errors or omissions in AI-generated content and losses arising from reliance on that content or from resulting introductions, communications or transactions. This disclaimer is subject to section 7, including its preservation of liability and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not remove our obligations concerning personal information or unlawful content.
If content about you or another person appears inaccurate, harmful or unlawful, report it through the contact page or to hello@agentsintro.com so we can review it and take appropriate action.
3. Access, fees and beta features
Processing required for the service. AgentsIntro uses profile information and interactions to operate profile agents, assess potential connections and generate introductions. Providing these functions requires processing relevant information through the providers identified as actual recipients in our Privacy Policy. If you do not provide information or permissions lawfully required for a feature, we may be unable to provide that feature. We do not require consent to unrelated processing as a condition of access where prohibited by applicable law.
The service may offer free and paid access. Before you purchase a paid service, we will disclose its price, applicable taxes, service period, payment terms and any renewal and cancellation conditions. Those agreed terms form part of your purchase. We will not charge you, start a recurring subscription or convert free access to paid access without your agreement.
You may cancel a paid service according to the conditions presented before purchase, using the stated cancellation method or contacting hello@agentsintro.com. Any refunds are governed by those conditions and applicable law. We will notify you before changes to recurring prices take effect and provide an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Features identified as beta, preview or experimental are offered for evaluation and feedback. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, changed or discontinued, and content may be reset or lost. We do not promise support, availability, compatibility, continued access or a future release. Keep your own copies of important information and do not rely on beta features for critical operations.
We may limit or end beta access and will give reasonable notice of planned closure or material data resets where practicable. Urgent security, legal or technical issues may require immediate action. These beta provisions do not override specific commitments in an agreed paid plan or mandatory rights.
4. Your content and conduct
You keep your rights in content you provide. You grant us permission to store, copy, format, process and share it as necessary to operate the service, including through our service providers, consistently with the Privacy Policy and the sharing choices explained in the service. This permission lasts while needed for those purposes, including lawful retention after deletion.
You confirm that you have the rights and lawful grounds needed to submit the content. Do not upload confidential information, unnecessary sensitive personal information, or other people’s private details without proper authority and any required notices or permissions.
You must not impersonate others, infringe rights, publish unlawful or abusive content, harass users, send spam, scrape or resell participant information, compromise security, or attempt to make AI reveal information you are not entitled to access. Automated access requires our permission unless expressly offered through a supported feature.
Report unlawful content or misuse through the contact page or to hello@agentsintro.com, identifying the content and the reason for your report.
5. Events and organisations
Organisers are responsible for their events, invitations, descriptions and their own use of participant information. They must provide required notices, have lawful grounds for any information they supply, and restrict access to authorised people. Participant information must not be used for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
An organiser’s access to the service does not make us responsible for delivering its event. If a proposed use requires a separate data-processing or other agreement, that agreement must be in place before the use begins.
6. Our intellectual property and third parties
We and our licensors retain ownership of the software, branding and other materials we provide. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms. This does not grant ownership of the service or permission to use our branding independently.
You may provide feedback voluntarily. We may use it to develop and improve the service without payment or attribution, respecting your personal information under the Privacy Policy.
Third-party login services and websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their independent services. This does not remove our responsibilities for providers processing information on our behalf.
The absence of a provider privacy guarantee is not permission for unrestricted processing and does not transfer our own legal responsibilities to you. The limitations in section 7 apply only to the extent permitted by law.
External processing and deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically erase every copy previously shared with external recipients. Retention and deletion depend on the recipient’s role, applicable legal requirements and the processing arrangements described in our Privacy Policy. We handle applicable deletion requests and communicate required instructions or notifications to recipients. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal. If a feature cannot lawfully operate without the withdrawn processing, we will stop that processing and may be unable to continue providing the affected feature. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that it will meet your expectations, operate without interruption or error, or produce accurate or useful results.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profit, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill arising from the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for claims arising from or relating to the service, whether based on contract, negligence or another legal ground, is limited to the greater of €100 and the fees you paid us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For users who have paid no fees during that period, this amount is €100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or overrides mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. All disclaimers and limitations above are subject to this exception.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may remove content or restrict or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful activity, security risks, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the action and allow you to contact us to challenge it.
After termination, your right to use the service ends. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or any refund rights. We handle retained information under the Privacy Policy. Provisions intended to continue, including ownership, liability and dispute provisions, survive termination.
We may update these terms as the service develops. We announce material changes by email to account holders and in the service before they take effect, with a summary of what changed and the date it applies. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account before then. Where the law requires it, we ask for renewed acceptance instead. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
9. General provisions
Estonian law governs these terms. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Estonia, subject to mandatory rights to use another court or benefit from other applicable law. You may contact us to try to resolve a concern informally; doing so is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
These terms and any separately agreed service terms form our agreement about the service. Separately agreed terms prevail to the extent of a conflict. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
